Who owns this website

This website belongs to IDM Golf, a consultancy specialising in end-to-end golf course management, with its head office in Madrid and a second office in Marbella.

Purpose of the site

This site exists to provide information: it presents IDM Golf's services, track record and team. It does not sell anything online, it has no contact form and it requires no registration. Access is free and open.

Browsing the site makes you a user and means you accept this notice as published at the time of your visit. It may change, so it is worth reading again from time to time.

Terms of use

You agree to use the site responsibly, and not to use it for unlawful purposes, to damage the systems behind it or to harm the rights of others. In particular, you may not:

• Systematically extract, reuse or reproduce the site's content, either in full or in substantial parts.

The names of golf courses, stadiums, clubs and institutions listed in the track record section appear for information only, to describe work carried out by the IDM Golf team. Those trade marks belong to their respective owners, and mentioning them implies no affiliation or sponsorship.

Links to other sites

This site links to external pages — among them those of the Fitosoil laboratory and Krause Golf Design — purely as references. IDM Golf does not control those destinations and is not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. If you find anything inappropriate on them, please let us know.

Liability

IDM Golf works to keep the published information accurate and current, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will always run without interruption. Nor is it liable for damage caused by technical faults, data loss or viruses, provided it has acted with due care.

The technical and agronomic content on this site is explanatory. It describes how we work; it is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to the conditions of a specific facility.
